These Terms of Service govern your use of hotdrawer.com and any purchase made through it. Please read them carefully. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

Hot Drawer sells products intended exclusively for adults.

Product listings are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

4. Safe Use and Product Warnings

Intimate products carry inherent risks if used improperly. By purchasing from Hot Drawer you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You will read and follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings supplied with the product
  • You will use each product only for its intended purpose
  • You will clean products before and after every use, as directed
  • You will use only compatible lubricants (water-based lubricant is safe with all materials; silicone lubricant can degrade silicone products)
  • You will discontinue use immediately if you experience pain, irritation, bleeding, or any adverse reaction
  • You will not share products between individuals without appropriate barrier protection
  • You will inspect products for damage, tears, or wear before each use and discontinue use if any is found
  • You will not use electrically powered products in or near water unless the product is explicitly rated as waterproof
  • You will keep all products out of reach of children and pets

Hot Drawer is a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not design or produce the items we sell, and we accept no liability for injury, discomfort, allergic reaction, or damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning, use contrary to manufacturer instructions, or use of a product that is damaged or worn.

5. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, blog content, buying guides, or communications from our support team — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Products sold by Hot Drawer are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you:

  • Are pregnant or recently gave birth
  • Have any circulatory, cardiac, or neurological condition
  • Have a pacemaker or any implanted medical device
  • Have any genital, urinary, or reproductive condition or injury
  • Have latex, silicone, or other material allergies

If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product and seek medical attention.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by an obvious pricing or typographical error, even after payment, and will issue a full refund in such cases
  • Promotional codes and discounts cannot be applied retroactively and may not be combined unless expressly stated
  • Payment is taken at the time of order through PCI-DSS compliant processors; we do not store card details

If a payment is declined, reversed, or fails after dispatch, you remain liable for the full order value.

7. Orders and Acceptance

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason
  • Limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order
  • Cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or resale-motivated
  • Cancel orders placed with incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable addresses
  • Refuse service to any individual who breaches these terms

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged. We are not liable for any loss arising from a cancelled or refused order.

8. Shipping, Title, and Risk

Hot Drawer ships within the United States only.

  • Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or events outside our control.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and secure delivery address. We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed entirely by our Refund & Return Policy. Please note in particular that opened or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood that policy.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, contact us first at Shop@hotdrawer.com — most matters are resolved within 48 hours.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. Where a chargeback is filed for an order that was correctly delivered and where no valid claim exists under our Refund & Return Policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit full delivery evidence, order records, and correspondence to the card network
  • Recover associated fees and costs from you
  • Suspend or permanently close your account and refuse future orders

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, logos, graphics, layout, code, and compilations — is the property of Hot Drawer or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or use any part of this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Third-party brand names and trademarks appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification only.

12. Customer Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content to us or to our site:

  • You grant Hot Drawer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing and promotional purposes
  • You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe any third-party right
  • You confirm you are 18 or older
  • We will never publish content that identifies you without your explicit permission

We reserve the right to edit or remove any submission that is unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit beyond the nature of the product, defamatory, or off-topic.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Hot Drawer, its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, emotional distress, or loss of privacy
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of this site shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hot Drawer and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier failures, supplier shortages, government action, payment network outages, or internet disruption.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Dispute Resolution

Before commencing any formal action, you agree to first contact us at Shop@hotdrawer.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.

20. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

These terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hot Drawer.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time, without notice, for any breach of these terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
